Got these for Christmas and absolutely love them. Fit great and sound is amazing. Use them daily at work. Definitely recommend

You're able to hear things very well and it’s super easy to use

Really like these earbuds and have no worry about losing them due to falling out of the ears, without notice.

So comfortable you forget you have them in. Tried several different earbuds & with every pair, one or the other would inevitably fall out. Sound is great.

Call quality and music quality is far superior to anything I’ve ever owned. Bluetooth connectivity and switch between devices multiple Apple devices is awesome and the battery lasts a pretty long time considering how much I use them and they charge really quickly too.

These are loud! I was contemplating on getting the AirPods Pro vs Powerbeats pro and I’m happy I chose this. Love the colors. I wish they had cool covers for the charging case. Great for the gym and stays in your ear. I love that they’re not bulky.

Best in the class if you are looking for a headset during workouts. Hold in place and quality is always topnotch.

These are great! They sound amazing and are extremely comfortable! I didn't give them 5 stars because there were a few instances where it had trouble connecting to the Bluetooth and the sound was a little messed up. Other than that, they have worked like a dream and I use them every day! Highly recommend!

They are perfect for workouts and other activities but they are a little bit hard to put on and they hurt my ears the first time, after that I got used to them.

Great sound and stays on while moving around! Great for workers like my dad who is a remodeler and moves up and down houses, earphones stay securely on and provide a great sound, and he can answer calls thru it instead of having to reach for his phone, really great

When they work, they are great. Sound is awesome and I use them while traveling and on the plane I cannot hear anything other than the music (which allows me to sleep while flying). Here's the problem...for the cost the quality of the headphones is disappointing. I have been having the same with these headphones for months (very randomly). The left headphone will randomly not connect. I have to take the pair out, set them back in the case, and resync them. I contacted Apple initially and was instructed to reset, which worked temporarily. After 3 days, the issue reoccured (again, randomly). I sent them in for repair, and they received, check, and sent them back to me with 'No issue found' all within the same day. This is now the 3rd pair of Beats I have purchased and all have failed in some way. This is also the LAST pair I will purchase as they are very expensive, and while the sound and fit are great, the quality is subpar and apparently so is the support. I should not have an issue with the $200 plus headphone actually working within the 1st year, and for them to be returned to me, after being looked at for a few hours, and no resolution (when I said the problem happens randomly) is completely unacceptable and makes me question any future purchases with Apple as a whole.

Best headphones I’ve ever had! Recently got these instead of the beats fit pro and I like these a lot more because it is more fitting for someone with small ears!

The only con is this, the case is bulkier than AirPods. Other than that, these sound better, have controls on them that don’t look bad they look good, and they stay in your ear much better. They have a much longer battery life as well. Just my opinion. Too expensive.

I love these!!! What I like the best is that they stay on my ears and I can still wear my glasses. The sound is great and very easy to use the controls.

Perfect for me, I love the hook and the ability to only use one at a time. I also love being able to track them if I misplace them.

Love the quailty and connectivity of these earbuds. No other brand compares to them. I will definitely continue to purchase them and also from Best Buy. Always good customer service!
