The sound is amazing and I love how I escape the world with how it blocks background noises. Only con is that I have to make sure that both earbuds charge, otherwise one charges and the other one doesn’t.

I am really enjoying my Powerbeats. Sound is top notch and easy to use. The case is nice but kind of slippery like a bar of soap but other than that they are great.

I purchased these earphones in September 2019 and around Mid October, the reliability of connectivity stop working. One earphone would work, then the opposite earphone you would hear nothing. I immediately called Apple and the support person stated he would send me a box and return them for repairs. But, shortly after that phone call, I was able to get the earphones working. Apple never sent the box and I never followed back up with Apple because they seemed to working fine. As time went by, I would never know when the earphones would work or not. Again, I called Apple on 1/6/2020 and the support stated that he will send me a box for return. I asked, what I'm going to listen to? I suggested they just send me a new set and I will send the old ones when I get the new ones. Apple support stated, I can give them my credit card number and they will send a new set out and when they received the old ones, they will not charge my Credit Card. I declined leaving my credit card number, because. like they don't trust me to get the old ones returned, I don't trust them with my credit card number. So I'm waiting on the box, so I can return these High Dollar, unreliable earphones. I have owned several Beats head phones, these are the worst and most unreliable. I can remember better customer service from Beats, but like everything else in life, it's all about money and customer service comes second.

Very clear and comfortable. Happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend. Only suggestion is to be able to switch between iPhone and computer easily. Currently it’s forgetting iPhone if I pair with computer.
