Connectivity issues

Sound quality is good but it really is a struggle to get both headphones to connect. Usually the right one is the biggest pain. I find myself having to reset them just to use them every time.

Gift for Mother’s Day

Great until they aren't

These are the only ear buds that stay in my ears. Their great for working out. I've had approximately 1.5 years until one day they wouldn't work anymore. It began with the left one not connecting. Then the right, and then neither would connect. I've tried everything including disconnecting them and re connecting and nothing worked.
