Horrible connection issues! Why all the good reviews?? Has anyone tried to run with these? I have to admit, I want these earphones so bad, but they just don't work properly. The fit and design is AWESOME, however, they cut out constantly while running and the sound begins to echo outside of the ear. Every time I turn my head left, or right, or look up at the clouds, the earphones connection cuts out and the sound will echo (by the way, I listen to audiobooks while running, so the echoing is extremely noticeable). I have to hit pause, count to three, then unpause for it sound right again (until I turn my head again). It is a constant. Looking over my shoulder to cross the road, sound echos; checking to see if that dog is following me, sound echos; looking up at the pretty cloud formations, sound echos... It's so frustrating. I have tried holding my phone in my hand while running and still I lose connection. Mind you, it is only when I am running that it does this, not when I'm casually listening at my desk (but aren't these made for working out??) I have contacted Apple and they said to exchange them, that this should not happen. I did as suggested, got a new pair, and it happens with the new ones as well. Called Apple again and they tried to restart my earphones. Of course, they would not restart. You're supposed to hold down the button in the case for 15 seconds and the lights are supposed to blink white and red. Mine would not, no matter how long I held that dang button. I wish they worked, I really do, but I can't stand how they lose connection and echo when I am running. For $250 they better work like a charm, and these, unfortunately, did not. Sad!!
