I finally did a update and now only one connects to my phone (galaxy note 9) Thought maybe it was my phone so I connected it to my iPhone X... still not working. I did a full reset with apple support on the phone... still did not work. You cant just walk up to the apple store and see about getting them replaced or fixed. You have to set up an appointment, if you they have "availability" me personally I dont have time to accommodate their schedule due to my job.... I'm so annoyed with this product. We pay way too much money to just have this product crap out over a 6 month period ... I'm still waiting to fix the issue.
