    I purchased this over a year ago with the intent to use them at work and everyday life. I quickly discovered these are strictly for working out, wearing a couple hours at a time. They are big and can get painful in your ear after an hour or so. If you want to use them at work, they muffle alot of noise around you but not quite enough to compete against the Airpod Pro's. It you are looking to buy strictly for running then these are great.
