Does not charge

However, these stay on. One thing is that one prong does not charge which affects the usage. It needs to be improved

Needs an off and on switch.

It's a hassle to turn off my Bluetooth setting on my phone or take ear buds off and put them in my case so that they will shut down while I'm driving. I'm a on call service tech and it's unsafe to not be able to just turn ear buds off.
