Left side rarely charges - disappointed!

I got them in October 2024 and have had issues with the left side since then. It's been less then three months and i'm ready to give up on them. I like the sound quality, great when the left side charges but it's a gamble.

Junk - Right one won't charge or connect

I have had them since October (it is now early January). I have used them MAYBE 10 times because only about 2 of those times have both buds worked. The box is fully charged, the left bud is fully charged, but the right one just will not. And, of course, now they are not returnable. I hate them. They've caused me to need to stop workouts to get my old set - Samsung buds, which consistently work, but one tends to slide out, which is why I got over the ear. These Beats sound great, but with only one side working most of the time, if I can't return them, I'll probably chuck them, but not after being very vocal about the terrible quality. They are not dirty, they are new. It seems they are known for this issue. Do yourself a favor and get something else.
