    Within the first 4 months of owning these, they don’t stay paired. Did the troubleshooting support told me to do. Still did not work. Support said I had to set appointment at Apple store. Drove 55 miles to nearest Apple store . Rep at store confirmed it was under warranty and then was shipped off for repair. Received them back in approximately 10 days saying that nothing wrong. Absolute nonsense I don’t have a reason to make up a problem. Well within the first month of receiving them back experiencing same issues. Before I bought these I bought another brand name pair of buds and they are much better and more reliable. Save your money and buy that other well known brand name ear bud

    Brand new headphones and the left ear always disconnects and will not reconnect unless I disconnect the headphones entirely via Bluetooth restart my phone and connect them again as if they were a brand new product. had the same issue with a pair of these headphones that I bought a year ago. Would never recommend.
