Only work sporadically and then not at all.

Shortly after I got them, I had connectivity issues and one of them would charge only sporadically. I submitted to Apple for repair, but they only fixed the connectivity issue. They worked for about a week and then the left one stopped taking a charge. I gave them to the Geek Squad and they have had them for a over a month. No change to status at all. I can't imagine they are so backed up they haven't gotten to them. What would be the big deal with replacing the defective unit? Add to that, it's well past the 30 days return period so as of now I am out $186 dollars for defective merchandise. I'll think real hard before I shop with Best Buy again.
