    Everything about this product would be great EXCEPT for the connection issues. I have issues with it consistently disconnecting when I am outside. I thought it was the pair I had, so traded that pair in and I am still having the same issues, so I am returning the pair I have.

    I want to love these so bad. I’ve purchased about 4 pair over the last 3 years in various conditions, brand new, slightly used, and used. Each pair messes up within a month. Has issues connecting, fails to charge one bud even when case is charged, and dropped connections are a VERY consistent issue with these headphones. I love the design because they’re great for working out and stay in your ear and the noise cancelling is pretty good, but the tech is just NOT good. Would not recommend these to anyone.
