    I don’t know where to begin. Routinely only one ear piece will connect to iPhone. Then, they won’t disconnect from iPhone, even when in the case. Won’t charge consistently. Then, since the won’t disconnect, even when in the case, the battery constantly drains. As a result, when you want to use them they have less then 10% charge. Sound quality ok. Lacks bass. Simply put, for the money, I expect more from an Apple product. Full of issues with no solutions. Bought these about 5 months ago. Keep figuring someone would have a solution. But looks like I’m not the only frustrated buyer.

    These are so simple to use, and they have awesome battery life! Beats is owned by apple now so they use a lightening cord to charge which is convenient! Love how they read notification to you! Would recommend
