These are perfect for the gym, and completely wireless. Clean, crisp audio sound with deep bass. Adjustable for any activity whether running, jumping, they never slip off the ears.

I was shopping for a pair of quality wireless earbuds with ear hooks for extra peace of mind when working out or working outside. I typically stay away from high end because I find that a lot midrange brands do deliver on sound quality and still have enough features and functionality that I don’t see enough value in the extra cost of premium brands. However, for whatever reason the market for earbuds with ear hooks is far more limited. You’re only saving about $50-60 dollars from a brand like JBL, so I went for it and got the Beats. These are great. The sound is excellent, but I can’t say that is what sets them apart. A brand like JBL also delivers great sound at a cheaper price. What set the Beats apart is the design and functionality. They are so sturdy, look great and have superior functionality. When I’m working outside or the gym, I want easy, simple functions to get what I need without missing a beat. You can’t get easier to use than Beats. Siri sinks right up and I don’t even have to press a button or say “Hey Siri”. I simply say the command or am asked if I would like to answer a call that is coming in. Simply respond “yes” or “no”, no buttons, swipes, or double taps. They’re just brilliantly designed. I’ve had them for about two months with no issues or complaints. They’re a good buy. At $150, I’m a happy guy.

There’s no need for an app with the beats Pro if you’re using Apple iOS. The case is really convenient, and keeps your earbuds charged in the case. Also has an Apple lightning jack on the back for use with the standard Apple lightning cables to charge both the case battery, and the buds. I have literally spent thousands of dollars, last count in excess of 6000 on headsets over the years, and these are the only ones to stay on my head and remain comfortable, even in high temperatures. When you’re doing outdoor activities all the others tend to slip off eventually, but these wrap around your ear nicely, and at least for me, manage to stay in. The sound on them is a bit tinny, and they don’t have the quality of sound that higher cost Bose earbuds have, but the Bose don’t stay in your ears. If you open the case next to your iPhone it will automatically pop up on the screen the amount of charge on the case itself, as well as the charge on the buds. If you remove one of the buds from the case, the screen on your iPhone will automatically show you the charge on each individual bud, as well as the charge on the case. If you’re someone that has activities outdoors and you need to wear both buds or even one bud, you can answer calls from either bud because each bud has controls for answering calls. You can wear them one at a time too, so it’s legal for driving or riding a bike.  If it weren’t for the slightly tinny sound, I would give them five stars. I recommend them, and I’ve already bought a set as a gift.

I have the Bose brand as well, and they cut off after 10 feet. With the beats by Dre brand I can easily go 100 feet and have it not cut off. They stay on your head and the sound is great.

Overall I love these headphones. The sound quality and the ability to have just one in at a time is tremendously helpful. The loops around the ear fit snug and dont slip off/out. I'd say the only things that I dislike are the app for beats, it is not good at keeping your headphonea connected or it will show one isnt charging despite it being in thw case. I think improving the app, user connectivity, and the charging case + extending battery life capabilities would go a long way in helping them be a better product for the money spent on them. We should be able to locate the ear buds too if they are lost and not in the case.

I had been using a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort 20 active noise cancelling earbuds. They were (are) awesome, except for the wires and the little 1”x2.5” housing attacked to the wires for the noise cancelling components. Saw Powerbeats Pro and thought they might be what I needed to get away from the wires. I was hesitant because they aren’t active noise cancelling and I am super sound sensitive, so that feature is important to me. I also had listened to my son’s over the ear Beats headphones and found the bass overpowering and muddying the mid-range. Took a chance and ordered the Powerbeats Pro. I couldn’t be happier. The sound is balanced (if not a little bit treble forward), and while they aren’t active noise cancelling, using the right size rubber ear piece created a nice seal that does block out a lot of ambient sound. I spent quite a bit of time determining which of the included rubber ear piece tips worked best for me. Finding the right one is essential not only for comfort, but also for ensuring the bass comes through. I was using some that were comfortable, but the bass was pretty much missing. Switched to the next size up...still comfy...100% improvement in bass. Using them for phone calls works well and callers can’t tell I’m not on my actual phone. Yes, the case won’t fit in your pocket, but with 9 hours of battery life, I don’t see that as a problem. Excellent purchase. Very happy.

The sound and how easily it switches from one device to another. I got rid of my Bang & Olfsen for these and i’m so happy i did.

They’re OK! I have connection issues sometimes but other than that, they are really good to have!

They fit well around my ear and don’t fall out even with heavy exercise they sound great. I wish the button was a little bit more reactive. Sometimes you don’t know if you’ve hit it or not Siri works well with it. Super long battery life.

My favorite style of the beats! I work construction and they don’t fall out of my ear. They block the sound of my saw out as well and enjoy the quality!

The Powerbeats Pro wireless earphones fit and sound awesome. I use them when I’m working out or just working in the yard. The sound quality is great and they stay in place. I love them.
