I like the sound quality the battery last hours and easy to wear.

It's hard for the bass to stick with the whole workout so every now and then you have to push them buds in.

I have had these for almost two years and I started having connectivity and microphone problems within the first 6 months. Was able to get one of them replaced. Used them during workout and wear them all day. Mic is poor, too many times I am told they can't hear me very well during a phone call and then when I take them off, there is no way to turn them off so they continually try to reconnect to your phone. The only way to disconnect to your phone is turn off your phone's bluetooth or put them in their case. Really inconvenient when you don't have the case with you! Will never buy a earbuds that don't have a power off button and will only charge in a case. Charging in the case is a whole other issue! Sometimes one or the other won't charge. I have cleaned the charging connections etc. These are so over priced for the poor quality. The only think I really like is that they wrap well around the ear and not easy to fall off.

Great quality sound. My ears are really small so these didn’t sit comfortably in my ears for long period of times. If they fit comfortably then I definitely would have kept them. If you have small ears, these won’t be comfortable for long periods of time.

I had to take the first pair back due to the left ear not being as loud as the right. Bestbuy accepted my return and my replacement pair was amazing. The sound is good, it was easy to sync with all of my devices and I haven’t had any issues.

A great buy, fits comfortably on my ears, they don’t fall off, and sound quality is great.
