Disappointed

They kept cutting off or disconnecting, wether I was prepping food in the kitchen or outside riding mow the grass, they would not stay on. Very disappointed in this product, especially something they charge so much for. Ill go back to my $30 witeless headphones from Wal-Mart.

Sound great... when they actually work

I ran into a problem with my original set where they would not charge (the charging design is terrible - if you jostle the case at all, they come off the contacts and stop charging). I was given a replacement pair, and now that pair runs into intermittent issues where one or both of the earbuds (usually the right one) will not connect. I wanted to love these because of the sound and the design... unfortunately, I went 0-for-2 in terms of functionality.

Won't Connect or Charge properly

When I first got them they worked amazing would connect right away and charge perfectly all the time. As time has gone on this is not the case anymore. It usually takes me about 10 minutes of unpair and forgetting the device and plugging them into the computer just to get them to connect to my Iphone X. Even when both headphones are fully seated in their case one of the headphones will always be dead making me wait so that it will charge up enough to use, if it lets me connect to them. I would not have spent the money that they want for these if I knew ahead of time how junky and pushed ahead of their time that these obviously are. Maybe in another year or two these will be perfected and worth the money, but right now I would buy something else.
