It’s cool it’s better because I like that charging kit with like every 4 hours so it’s cool

Works well with my android, sometimes people says i sound muffle at times so I have to put it deeper in my ear.

These were purchased as a gift. Gave them to my daughter for Christmas, she was thrilled.

Great for working out. Wish they would stay on even when you take one out but otherwise work great.

Connectivity is really bad even within the case to charge. I keep them in a fully charged case and more often than not--maybe 90% of the time--when I get to the gym I expect them to be fully charge but they are not. Most of the time, either one is drained or both and/or only the right one will connect. This is very frustrating due to the price I paid. I make sure to clean the contact points. Not sure why this happens all the time. But I do see that others also have the same issue. Be prepared.

I purchased this product and it was on backorder. I had to wait almost a month for it to ship. When I finally received it, the sound quality was great... but less than ONE MONTH after purchasing these VERY EXPENSIVE earbuds, the left earbud stopped functioning on phone calls. Any time you tried to make a call or listen to voice mail, all you would get is a high pitched electronic hum... no voices whatsoever. Upon calling Best Buy, I was told because they were more than 15 DAYS OLD, they were not eligible for return/replacement. Horrible quality for the price. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM FROM BEST BUY.

I absolutely love moving, and being active. Sadly the AirPods that I had just wouldn’t stay in my ear. So I decided to get these and they have been great! I don’t have to worry about my headphones falling out
