These are so great !! I ABSOLUTELY loved them !! They’re so easy to use , very feather like it doesn’t feel like your wearing them . Great for the gym , running and lifting !

Left earbud does not work after a year

Had to turn on and off Bluetooth to finally get bot to work. Now, a little over a year later the left earbud does not work at all

Poor quality and support

Did the troubleshooting support told me to do. Still did not work. Support said I had to set appointment at Apple store. Drove 55 miles to nearest Apple store . Rep at store confirmed it was under warranty and then was shipped off for repair. Received them back in approximately 10 days saying that nothing wrong. Absolute nonsense I don’t have a reason to make up a problem. Well within the first month of receiving them back experiencing same issues. Before I bought these I bought another brand name pair of buds and they are much better and more reliable. Save your money and buy that other well known brand name ear bud

The case is thick. I will say that I dropped the case once and the earphones fell out which isn't ideal but the earphones themselves sound pretty good. They can hurt your ear if left in for long periods of time though!
