Great product a little expensive but they have worth the money

Great sound but connecting consistently is problematic.

The charging is glitchy you don’t know why it’s always at 96% but never 100%. Almost as if the charging connectors are bad

Sometimes one ear bud will not connect to the case and one will be 100% charged and the other at 0%. Also, the Bluetooth won’t connect sometimes and you need to fully disconnect from Bluetooth and re pair. I’d take my chances with Bose

When they work, unparalleled audio quality. Inconsistent. When you’re using to work out, some times they work. Sometimes they don’t. Would recommend Powerbeats for much better value.

Wanted to like these earphones but it was very uncomfortable even with the smallest earbuds.

Had to replace my original purchase b/c I lost one. What I LOVE best about the beats is being able to control the volume from the earbud itself. Yelling at siri to "lower the volume" is stupid and the whole point is hands free so why would I want to have to use my phone to control the volume. I hope they keep this feature indefinitely. Other earbuds need to take notice!

I thought they be great but they are just average headphones. Too expensive and not worth it, there’s other cheaper brands and better quality!

I really wanted to love these. I chose them over AirPods. I needed them for running. And... they really let me down. They never stay connected, they don’t hold a charge on the left, I can’t run more than a few miles before my music magically stops and never comes back. My devices will tell me the headphones are connected, but no sound comes out. Maybe I got a bad pair, but I waited too long to return them because I was really trying to make them work (return them before 15 days). Now I’m stuck with a horrible pair of headphones.

I am a petite woman and these did not fit me at all. I could not get them to stay on my ears. Just putting them around the ears was a struggle. No comment on the sound as I never connected them.

Worked well. Were uncomfortable after a few hours. After not even a year and half, they already went out. Not sure what happened, there’s just no sound.

For the price this is where they could be better. The are not loud. The volume seems soft. They are cumbersome yo put on. The disconnect by themselves at times. The good thing is they stay on when working out.

Wonderfully lightweight and incredibly smooth in pairing!

They can stay in your ear and have decent battery life, but the sound is mediocre at best.
