These hook over the ear so stay on great. On a downside they do need more charging than I thought they would.

Charging issues

Ugh too bad because I love them! The only ones that fit and actually stay in my ears without adjusting at all. But the left one always has issues charging or keeping a charge. Both pairs I have do this. So you leave it all night to charge and head to the gym only to find that the left one only works for half your run and then done. So frustrating. Too bad so sad.
