Bought as a promised gift after waiting three months finally color was available. Then thirty days later it was selling for $50 less a 20% discount. Planned on purchasing a 65 inch LG oled tv from Best Buy. Now reconsidering and buying from another vender.

These hurt my ears when they were in. It’s hard for them to fall out but the pain sucked.

Doesn't hold charge, pieces of s--t, disconnects constantly

The sound is awful. The volume is inadequate. The Geek person said she loves the sound. She had to be lying which I resent. The sound is tinny with no base. It fits me better that any other device on the market.

Great sound but ugly. We didn’t realize how big they were until we got home and opened the box!

Samsung earbuds were better by far. These will be getting returned. I wanted to upgrade from my Samsung earbuds, this was not it.

The earphones are used, and they are dirty and there is no charging cable. In the end, I went back to the store to get them myself! This time is also the first time and the last time!

It’s all in the title. After one month of use, the RIGHT bud died.It didn’t just gradually run down, it simply stopped charging. Wonder if BB would have exchanged a single ear bud?

Great earphones but the case is too bulky, it’s slips out of your pockets easily

Alright headphones but didn't fit my ears properly, left sores in them.

This is a total piece of S. It connects slow and pairs badly with non iPhone devices. It may not charge when it still connects to iPhone or it may accidentally stop charging while in the box. Don’t buy. Worst decision ever.

One ear bud never charges even though they are seated correctly in case.

Would have loved to actually receive the product! Package went missing and Best Buy did nothing about it.

I cannot tell you how horribly disappointed we are in these headphones. After 2 months they would not hold a charge and they cannot be returned. Deeply troubled by the poor quality and the high price. DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES FOR ANY REASON.

Left earbud dies after about 2 hours of use. I really wanted to like these but am very disappointed. I expected these to last for more than a few months for what I paid for them.

What a disappointed experience. It's too heavy, bothering on the ear and inside, the sounds isn't good as the previous special edition (black and red), uncomfortable, charging/casing box is too big, and more....really disappointed!!!!

Worked great out of the box. Day 9, already breaking down. The left ear piece has developed a high pitch hissing or buzzing noise. And back to BestBuy we go to exchange. 16 year old daughter crushed.

Sound quality is fine but they were so uncomfortable. No matter how I maneuvered them in my ears they were incredible painful. Had a friend try and it hurt their ears as well. I returned.

This product is not good because is uncomfortable when we used very tide in my heart

Out of the box the right earbud had an initial lower charge and it always loses charge faster than left. Brand new and not so great.
