Great sound. Not the easiest to set up from one device to another for the novice user. Comfort is ok, maybe aftermarket ear bud plugs would help.

I recently bought a new HP Envy x360 laptop at Best Buy. I looked at their available options and wanted one that was comparable to the laptop I had been using for ten years. Best Buy's staff members were all very helpful from the time I entered the store and throughout the entire process. All the data from my old laptop was successfully transferred over by the Geek Squad team to this new laptop, which has made life much easier for me. Best Buy was very helpful in working with me to solve my computer needs. Thank you, Best Buy!

Great quality they are really comfortable and have long lasting battery! Really recommend these for a work out or if you're at work.

This design is so not comfortable for me or my wife, and they are not worth the price, I would buy other brands that cost $30 to $40 and I would get a much better value!

I use them for running and when I go to the gym and they fit perfectly fine on my ears, also never had trouble with my seat or water getting on them.

One earbud consistently wasn't charging. I thought maybe it was due to shifting, so I made sure it was always on a flat surface. Then I thought it was a connection issue, so I made sure they were clean. Each earbud was was 90% charged when I put them in the case. When I went to use them next, the problem earbud had no battery charge (the other was completely charged) and won't even connect to charge now. I finally decided I need to return them because they're obviously defective, and I'm just outside the return window. My last beats lasted years, these have lasted less than 3 months. I only used these in the gym and took cared of them, so this is not a case of misuse.

Great sound! Everyone I talk to says they can hear me very clearly. Not to mention Beats customer service has to be far better than Apple!

I really enjoy this product. Only complain is that the volume doesn't go as high as some other headphones that I've purchased. Overall, it is a good product.

Love them. They fit in my ears perfect and the also pick up Siri. I can run in them and don’t have to worry about them falling out of my ears.

Greatest headphones for training in my opinion. They fit snug around here and sound amazing. Build quality is exceptional as well.

Like many users, I’ve had a ton of issues - they are great when they work but they almost never work. The left side won’t charge properly (most of the time). Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve taken them to the Apple store for repair with no luck - they were working fine when I left. For the price, this is inexcusable after only a few months. It’s back to Bose for me - sorry I ever left.

This product is really nice, I’m giving it a 3 star because my ears hurts when ever I’m using them, secondly it doesn’t fit well.

Great for exercising, stay put and sounds is amazing. Had air pods and these have much better music sound. Good at keeping outside noise away.

I have had beats for a while. This is my first completely wireless set. They are wonderful! So much more comfortable without the wire.

Great earphones with excellent sound quality. So far the beast earphones that I have purchased thus far. I really enjoy my Pro Beat earphones.

Good product. A little less range than the Powerbeatts3 wireless that I already owned but good sound quality and seamless pairing are nice.

Picked these up as a gift for my brother. He absolutely loves the headphones and constantly has them on. I now have the title as best gifter.

These are great. Didn’t want AirPods. Works great with my iPhone, sound quality is great, use the eq if it sounds weird before not liking them.
