Buy Best Buy protection

Haven't had them for even a year. One of the few products I've bought that I didn't buy the protection on. Bummer.

Charging Case Broke After 4 Months

The charging case no longer charges. At all. I've tried several different cords and outlets with no luck. If I hadn't bought the Apple care, this would be a $100 replacement. These are already $250 headphones. Absolutely unacceptable. Great sound but TERRIBLE build quality. Typical Apple.
