Not made well

Now I got these and they were dead on arrival. Couldn’t get them to pair and the wireless charging case would not reset. I think Beats has some tech problems to work out. The sound quality was great on my Solo3’s but if I’m going to invest in expensive headphones they better last longer.

Terrible don’t buy! :*

They said they would deliver on Feb 1 and then on Feb 1 they said they were delayed until Feb 14. Scam! They knew they were going to take over 2 weeks to come. This is why no one wants to buy online from stores like this any more. Also calling into Best Buy is a nightmare and you can never understand the person on the other line and they can never help with questions. Going to cancel my order and never shop at Best Buy again. This whole process has been terrible. Sad!
