Right earpiece stopped working after a few weeks. Awkward when running with sunglasses and a large charging case made this one a no go for me. Sound quality was nothing special either.

Beats should have designed these different they fit no better then the regular Powerbeats. Should have designed them more like the BeatsX's was really hoping they'd fit better but since they don't they'll be going back. Maybe Beats will design the next ones better.

The case is too big and hard to carry I’m use to small handbags and I can’t carry them on my keychain like Apple Earpods.. I’m use to snapping on keychain and going. Or having my small handbag but they are too big too fit.

Got these on sale so great value. Great form factor but the charging case is a bit large for a pocket. Def requires a backpack or purse. These stay in the gym bag. Wireless charging of the case would be ideal

    Huge Disappointment

For the price extremely disappointing. The sound level at maximum level is a joke. Unless your listening to a song newly released the sound volume is low. I hope a fix can be found for this. Beats is known for loud and powerful sound. These do not meet that standard.

Not worth the money spent won't stay connected have had problems with these headphones after a couple of weeks. The ear loop loosened up after a month so it's not a tight fit around the ear.

Awesome if you go hard in the gym or run and air pods don’t fit your ears well. Typical beats sound profile and no real customizable equalizer. Case is a little large and doesn’t support wireless charging.

I chose these over the AirPods pro because they were on sale for $200 But they are not worth it.. the earbuds would hurt my ears about after an hour and sound quality is ok but I have to have them at full blast while I’m at the gym. Also had to return them twice. 1st time the right side gave out and wouldn’t connect again even after resetting them. The 2nd time they would disconnect out of nowhere so I would have to reconnect them. Returned them for the last time and bought the AirPods pro. I’m a lot happier with the AirPods pro. Should’ve gotten them the first time.

I’m not crazy about the Beats. They are not easy to use while driving which is why I bought them. Answering or making a call is different than my AirPods (I still haven’t figured it out) and when I end a call my music comes on automatically and I don’t want that.

I don't know if mine are just defective, but these are borderline unusable. A software/hardware defect makes it so that you can't actually tell if they are charging, and there isn't an independent on/off ability, so they often sit in the "charging" station with the battery draining while idle. When firmware updates come through, they work better for a second, then it's more of the same. I'm sure Beats would be embarrassed with the product if they weren't busy Scrooge McDuck-ing through that Apple money.

Very good quality headphones. However, I returned these red ones. In person, they are actually more of an orange color. I bought the black ones instead and very happy so far.

I cannot accurately review this product, it is a birthday gift for later this month BUT it was specifically chosen and requested by the recipient after a lot of researching, so I believe it will be a good product.

I like the Beats Prowerbeats Pro wireless Earphones because they are comfortable and the ear band prevents them from falling out. I am a bit disappointed with the sound quality.

The did quality was great but I had to return because the top part that goes over your east did not adjust, which made them uncomfortable and painful after an extended period.

These are trash and low quality. I had them for 15 months and the left one stopped working. I could pay $99 and get it replaced but the entire thing is just low quality. I had another pair of Beats before and they literally fell apart. Way overpriced. Even when they worked, they often had trouble syncing and you would have to put them in the cradle to connect to bluetooth. Sound was OK not awesome. About the only positive was that they definitely stayed in my ears without any issues and were comfortable.

I did not even get to hear the sound quality because my ears were to small which suck, because I really wanted these headphones! Oh well I ended up choosing between the jabra elite 75t and the Samsung wireless air buds which is great on bass!

Bought specifically for conference calls and virtual meetings because advertising says it works with Windows computers. Not only does it NOT, but there is no support from Apple - even if you buy the Applecare+ extended tech support package. I asked if there was a driver I could download and they said there are no drivers and they only support Apple products. Two different Tier Two Apple Techs told me that "if pressing the button on the Powerbeats doesn't connect to the laptop you should call Microsoft." FWIW - my Steelcase wireless headset works fine with my laptop. It was suggested online that the fault lies with Powerbeats' use of Low Energy Bluetooth.
