1 year 8 days old left ear piece failed

Install Beats updater and it can see when the left earpiece is not in the case, but it is useless, no sound, button presses have no effect, etc. I gave up on BeatsX after the second pair (warranty replaced) failed as well. My recommendation, avoid Beats, too expensive to be so unreliable.

Don’t bother if you have small ears / have peleton

These won’t even stay in my ears… tired of products being geared towards men. Not all of us have big ears. Spent 40 minutes trying to connect them to the peloton and they’re not discoverable. Waste of time and money. Returning.

Great sound and comfort....when they work!

Were purchased as a gift so did not use the first 2 weeks. Used for about 20 minutes and the right one stopped working. Had to send them back. Got new ones. Have used them for about 3 hours and again they don’t work. Have to send them back... again. Totally useless earbuds.
