Have returned to Apple for repair and still have same issue. When they do work usually only one connects. Would never buy again

I found the sound quality subpar at best. The inserts made my ear canal really sensitive and every time I would use them I would end up with a headache. I also experience the sound going out of one of the earbuds as did other people. I was extremely disappointed.
