I purchased this pair for my wife and she uses them daily when working for hands free phone comms. For me, you have to make sure they are snug in your ear to hear real quality sound for music. I also use Bose wireless and they take less effort, just place in your ear and go (they would get 4 stars as well due to the size/weight but sound great as well).
