It was between these and the Sony WF-1000XM3. In the end it was a decision based on aesthetic and versatility. There are occasional instances where the audio will drop out, though I haven't determined if this is due to my phone or the earphones. A couple of times I've only gotten one to connect. This is usually remedied by placing both in the charging case for a couple of seconds.

Good quality headphones, sound is great very comfortable over the ear headphones.

I absolutely love these earbuds. This is actually my second time purchasing them and it’s because I had lost my previous pair. But couldn’t go wrong with replacing them with the same pair!

I am about to return my 2nd pair of these. I love the fit even though they could have made them a bit more snug to help in quieting ambient noise. (they are not noise cancelling) The features are great. Being able to use just the L or R or both as they both have controls and microphones. The sound is just ok. I would have expected better sound quality between the Apple/Beats brand and the price. Very tinny sounding. The main problem is the charging case. First off...it's huge. Not easy to put in your pocket. But the worst part is that they rarely seat properly and that results in the charging of only 1 bud. I thought it could have been my fault but now the 2nd pair is doing the same thing. And even if you get them to seat properly, once you shut the humongous lid, it touches the ear hook unseating them again. Sorry Apple...this one isn't up to par. Returning again

Battery lasts a good while good quality no problems

Sometimes the left earbud doesn't always connect with I put it into my ear. I have to put it back into the case and take it back out before it connects, sometimes twice. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

Excellent headphones. I work from home and use these for both music and phone calls. I replaced my fantastic Sony WH-900N over ear headphones as my daily driver. The sound quality is not quite as perfect but it is very, very good without the burden of massive earmuffs. I have an iPhone 11 and the integration with the iPhone is seamless. I have no issue with the "oversize" case as it generally sits here at home and, with a 9 hour or so battery life, I have not had to bring the case anywhere. Once the pandemic is under control and I have to leave on a more regular basis, I do not think that the case will be an issue due to the long battery life and as it will fit in a generous pocket or backpack with no issue.
