Stays in the ears just as advertised. Sounds great! The only problem that I have is that should the become "unpaired", you can't pair them without the case.

Easy and convenient for work; I can keep just one headphone in and I don’t lose any quality in sound. The headphones recognize there’s only one earbud in and balance the sound on its own.
