I thought they would have more bass than airpods. I got disappointed :( . But the battery is great lasts a long time per charge.

Given the reputation of Beats I expected crisp sound with decent bass but truly these were the opposite. I adjusted the ear bud to ensure a secure fit and headed to my workout. First I noticed even with a secure fit and music on I would clearly hear the conversations around me. So I turned up the volume. But by the end I nearly was at max volume and still was having trouble keeping out other noises. A portion of that I attribute to the poor sound quality. basically only treble, with hardly a hint of bass. I was disappointed needless to say. I have used galaxy buds, bose sport headphones, jaybird and even skullcandy and out of those these had the poorest sound. The ONLY redeeming quality is they did fit well over my ears and didn't move at all during my workout. I just wish they had better sound. For the price, I expected more and returned them the next day.

Great product. Brought them for a friend. No complaints. Awesome quality.

These are the best Beats yet. Definitely better than AirPods. However, it would be nice if the case was smaller.

They sound good but take a while to get confortable to. At first they hurt my ears but after a while they didn’t hurt.

after several hours of use I am happy with the quality compared to the older beats over the ear headphones. would recommend.

Great ear buds excellent sound quality Bluetooth connectivity is in and out at the gym but superb sound

First of all these are pretty cool headsets, when they are working.. The issues i have had include: 1. Connectivity is terrible, at time one side works and the other doesn't. Drops connection. Always have to manually connect. 2. Earbud issue - either earbud just stops working. At times not responsive and only get static. 3. Buttons - when no music i placing you can literally hear the shaking of the buttons - irritating. The last but not least, the support - Be prepared to wait for over 20 days to have any issues checked. The apple genius bar does not work on these. You have to wait 5-7 days to get the shipping kit (even though they say 2 days - you would want to call in on the 3 day to remind them). Then the repair time is unknown so be ready to make other plans for your work out music. I'm on day 20 waiting just to see if they even received them back. So, these get a 1 star due to the fact that they cost $250 and have all these issue.
