Difficulty with charging

These stay in place and work well. I like the volume control and button for answering calls. However, charging is a real issue. You cannot tell whether they are both charging when you place them in the case. Probably every other time I take them out one or the other is not charged.

The charging mechanism is the worst I have seen. After 6 months I stopped using this one, and now after 2 years, these devices do NOT charge well at all. A real pain... BUT when it works it is one of the best! But unfortunately I do not have the batteries charged!
