Could be better

The problem is the volume isn’t loud enough and when I wear one, I can barely get by. My actual opening is small so it gets painful to wear with the plastic plugs attached but I love the design.

The sets up was simple. However the brackets were uncomfortable for me. After an hour workout it was painful.
