I have had both the left and right earpieces replaced as well as the case! I would NOT recommend these, in effect i have replaced all items! Idea is great they don't slip off your ears... lack of quality is my complaint

Problem with ear piece

I thought maybe it was just bad luck that this was happening. I told a coworker that they sounded great before the speaker was having problems. She went and bought a pair and now having the same issue. Hopefully I can call and have them fix this but I’m not hopeful. -J
