Great...WHEN THEY WORK. They won't hold a charge, the headphones themselves or the case. I charge the case completely and go to use them and they never charged. I have been dealing with this for a year now and it hasn't gotten any better. I also can't get help from Best Buy as they state I have to go through Beats. When I get ahold of representatives with Beats, they tell me they can't do anything about it because they were purchased through Best Buy....these aren't cheap headphones and I can't get help. I feel like it has been nothing but a huge waste of my time and money.....very disappointed!!

I bought these for my brothers birthday. He uses them to listen to music when he goes out for runs in the morning. He loves the sound, only complain is that you cant skip songs hands-free if you have any other phone than an iPhone. Still great wireless earphones

I love these beats, they sound great as usual and they stay in my ears no need to worry, just be sure not to lose them when taking them out, out them in your case!

Sounds quality and overall functionality are great, HOWEVER, none of that matters if the product will not charge! Please do yourself a favor and look into the charging issues currently plaguing this product. Right earphone has proven to not charge inside of the charging case, and Apple has not found a fix to this issue. 10/10 would not purchase again - complete waste of $250!

The wireless beats work great with my Apple Watch , no problem connecting. Great sound , and the battery life is great last all day .

I love them i’ve had them for a year after this new iphone update though they have been acting up a little but not sure if its my phone or my ear piece since i have dropped it a couple of times

My husband was gifted these for his Birthday and he loves them

I like these at first but have issues with the charging. I make sure that the earbuds are in the correct position and easily close the lid. When I get to the gym, one will be dead and the other one will work. The next time, it maybe the other one or neither one works. I have tried a new cable but still does not charge. I purchased the extended warranty and tried to return them to Best Buy. Best Buy said Apple will have to service them. I sent them to Apple and they returned them telling me that they could not recreate the issue. The next day, I had the same issue at the gym with them not charging. I asked Apple if they have issues with these not charging and I was told that they have never heard of any issues. All you have to do is do a search on charging issues with these ear buds and you can read all day of people having the same problem. I will be buying a different brand of earbuds soon because I cannot trust these to be charge when I want to use them. I don't like that they are still under warranty and Apple or Best Buy will not help me with this issue. I would not buy these! Do your own research and search charging issues with these earbuds and you will find out what I am talking about.

FIT GREAT OVER THE EAR LIKE THEM BETTER THEN MY APPLE THAT I HAVE LOVE THE SOUND THAT COME OUT OF THEM

I couldn’t wear these for more than 20 mins because of ear fatigue. Fits real tight around the ear in my case so I had to return these. These do have good sound and bass. Connects to your iPhone in less than a second but can be used with android too.

These were obviously a bit expensive, but there is no longer the cord to get caught on things or dangle around in front or behind my neck. I also love having the ability to use just one. If money isn’t a factor these are great, there are others that do a similar function for less though

Great sound and great when working out! These actually stay in your ears even on long runs unlike the AirPods. Also connecting to your phone is super easy!

I love that the stay in place while running. Only negative thing is that I've been having problems with the bluetooth connection. I find myself having to disconnect them from my phone and then reconnect them again.

Right battery kept losing its charge while sitting in its case. Battery was at 83% when put away, zero by morning. Reset several times, problem persisted. Other than the power issues-great sound. I think the battery problem needs to be addressed.

The best ear phones for the gym life. I Was so tired of my AirPods falling out and the sound was sucky. My co workers recommend these and I’m so happy with my purchase!
