the box fell out and all the contents fell all over the floor once i took off the outer plastic wrap. usually there are stickers holding the box in. the box seemed opened already. the inside of the charge case already had grease from someones hand. the right side ear bud was damaged physically the play button wouldnt click. the sound on both headphones sound... "fake" or maybe they were replaced with defective units after whoever already opened this product and decided to reseal them with defective units. i own 6 powerbeats products 3 of them powerbeats pro and they all sound alike. these, have NO bass and its treble is so sharp its like needles in my ear.

Works great! Only thing is replacing ear cushions frequently other than that no issues.

These earbuds continually to be erratic in connecting with my IPhone. Some days both earbuds will connect and some days only one will connect. It’s extremely frustrating to spend this amount of money and there is erratic connection. I bought Apple Care which doesn’t take care of the problem. I have to drive 30 minutes to an Apple Store to maybe fix the problem instead of getting them replaced at Best Buy where I purchased them. Best Buy is a third party which is a problem. Online forums haven’t helped at this point. I, maybe mistakenly, understood that Beats earbuds were especially made to work with IPhones. No dice in my case. Very disappointing.

These are the best wireless headphones. They are so easy to pair with an iPhone and Apple Watch. I really enjoy the ability to only use 1 earphone. I most bought these in pink too.

Product will not go loud enough on volume. Could hear outside noise as much as music being played. So not recommend them for purchase. I had to return mine.

My wife purchased these for me as a gift since I love to always have new headphones every so often. I was told about how "great" these would be but honestly they are very unconformable and they hurt! Like literally, my ear cartilage hurt bad after an hour of usage. I liked the sound quality but did not like that it was not Noise Cancelling. Also, I decided to do a slight search research and the water-resistance is cont rated. You are rather off on going for the Power beats 3 or the Jabra Elite 65t than these.

Love the sound and buttons on both sides, but they are extremely uncomfortable because of the design and ear hook which isn’t removable and if u bend to much they break.

Sound is so good, it worth the money , no problems too far , only thing is the case too big , long lasting battery.

I bought it for my son to use when hitting BP or doing baseball workouts. He loves them.

They dont fall out of ears while working out. When using them during conversations, the sound quality is amazing.
