The quality of the sound is top, and design is very comfortable

Beats were a bomb! 1) For $200 they don't have a noise cancelling feature! 2) Each earbud is independent, so they don't always sync. 3) There was no bass response, none! And no EQ. 4) The sound quality was fair at best, especially compared to the $80 JBL's my wife has. They're selling the name Beats, not a quality product for the price.

I absolutely love my earbuds. They don’t fall out of my ears like the AirPods do and they do great with blocking out noise and only hearing the music.

I've had trouble with all the in the ear earbuds as they start hurting right away. While I can't wear these for 8 hours, I am able to leave them in for a couple of hours without pain.

I have had these headphones for almost a year now with no problems. Connects to everything, charge case still works and both headphone are still holding equal charge.

Like some others have stated, these units don't both stay connected to my device. I use these at the gym M-F. 70% of the time when I'm putting these on that the gym, one won't be connected. They take turns doing this and I usually have to remove them and re-pair them and then they work again, until next time. Sometimes, when I proceed to re-pair them, they won't get detected by my device at all. Then I get to listen to awful gym music which irritates my endlessly. I hate having to spend 5 minutes every morning futsing with these things. I've also reset them countless times and updated their firmware via the mobile app. I should have been more critical of them at first because my period to return them passed a couple week's ago. Thankfully, I paid for AppleCare, so they're sending me new ones. I'm hopeful these were just defective and will update this if that's the case. In the meantime, I've gone back to my wireless Bose SoundSports which are connected to eachother via a cable. I was trying to get away from which is why I got these. While that part is annoying about them, they are rock solid in performance.
