    just over a year of having it one ear piece suddenly stopped working. I really liked them but that's unacceptable for the price point. Also, for that price they should be waterproof.

    Great fit the sound is solid. You never know when case is needs charge and the earbuds inconsistently chare in the case. If the charge there dead when you go use them thext time because they didn’t turn off

    I absolutely love how they sound.. I work in a plant that is extremely loud and it's hard to hear.. With these beats pro I can talk on phone and listen to music with no problem at all..

    Bad service, hard to connet it to anhy phone but apple i guess. I took it to the store and finally i used it after 7 month, but when i try to used again got disconnet it..is a headache. Beside hurt behind the ears. To much money for this. I cant returned it, they said.

    Good headphones but HORRIBLE charging design. These consistently do not charge when placed in the charging capsule. Why have a wireless design if you’re left feeling disappointed when you go to use it and only one or neither of the earbuds are charged? I thought this was happening to my previous pair because they were old but it turns out it’s just extremely poor design. Beats needs to fix their mistake before I buy anything else from them.
