I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas. He works in loud environments and was wanting some Bluetooth earbuds. He absolutely loves them!

Pros: High degree of functionality depending on how you want to use them Intuitive - My gf is not a techy and she was able to pick them up and use them with no issue. This goes beyond just the set up and pairing portion Fits well after adjusting low profile ANC is awesome Cons: Some fitting issues but this may be user specific

If I could give them a zero rating, I would. The first set, I could only get the right ear bud to pair with my iPhone 13. I went through every support document I could find, and performed all of the suggested fixes, to no avail. I exchanged them for another set. This time only the right ear bud would pair. I exchanged the second set for another set. This time neither of them would pair. I took them to the Apple Store to confirm it wasn't user error. The folks at the Genius Bar couldn't get a different result. So, I gave up on Beats.

Excellent product and easy way to buy the products

LOVE these. I know own 4 pairs of wireless head phones and these are what I wish I had purchased first! None of the loose insert ones stayed in my ears. Didn't matter the conditions or the size of ear insert I used. These stay in place period! Add sound quality and how fast they charge and keep the charge I would recommend to anyone!

there good but right side went out in them that was frustrating

I'm a bit of an audiophile and have owned dozens of headsets and earbuds. I've never been more disappointed in a set of earbuds. These things sound the same as a pair you could buy for $29. The fit is terrible. The sound is tinny. The only way to get any decent sound is to press them into your ears and hold them. I have tried all of the ear pieces that come with it. It doesn't matter. Do yourself a favor and buy a pair for much cheaper. They will sound better and they will fit better.

Overall the sound is very good. I wear these for running and there is some wind noise around my ears but not enough that I can't hear a podcast. The challenging part is the "b" is a button, and if you wear a headband (while running in winter that's a necessity) the button is fairly sensitive and if you turn your head, it pushes the button and activates siri.

I like them, the sound quality was great but sadly my odd shaped ears prevent me from enjoying them...

I was super excited to get these but the range isn't very good when out playing basketball. The music was choppy the whole time. Good for relaxing.
