Like the product. It is my second pair. First pair wore out in just over two years. The poor review is related to the very poor curb side pick up. I arrived at the Pleasant Hill, CA location at around 10:15 am (just after the store opened for the day). The signed into my account and told them I had arrived. I gave them a description of my vehicle (Black Rousch F-250 pick up). Got notification on my phone that someone would be out with my order in 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes went by and no one came to my truck. I let another 20 minutes go by and still no one coming to my truck. A total of 40 minutes went by before I headed into the store. I see a employee near the front door directing the curb side pick up. I ask him what is up with my order. He asks me what am I driving. I tell him Black Rousch F-250. He looks up at two monitors and says they don’t have me in the system. Instead of taking a look at my phone he condescendingly asks if I have the right store. I responded with a resounding yes. Then he directs me to the line for inside pick up, which means another 10 minutes. I get to the front of the line and the person tells me that can’t help me because I chose curbside, but a female employee said she would get someone doing the curbside pickup on it immediately. She was professional and got the concept of service. 10 minutes later I finally get my order. On my way out the door I told the guy that did not help me “I am sure glad I got the right Pleasant Hill, CA Best Buy location. This guy should have immediately looked at my phone and got me my order instead of wasting another 30 minutes of my time. It took over an hour to get a small order and not one apology from the guy at the door. So much for service?

Left bud didn’t work, only have 15 days to return, the apple care just means you have to mail them back. Junk and terrible customer service

This product sounds awful. The headphones that come with the iPhone sound better. I can’t believe people pay for this.

I got to use them for about a day before a firmware update the app demanded bricked them. That's Apple for you.

Unfortunately the left earbud decided to conk out after 6 months of light use.. the right one is still going strong though! Can't recommend.

will not pair with a google pixel phone. Only for Apple products.

Got these for work and they do the job but sound is not great. Base is weak but they ok if just using for work or around house for podcast or news. For some rap I would go with headset beats.

They sucked it's not loud at all my. Samsung head phones sound better then these.

While these headphones may work for some, they don't work at all for elderly ears that have small openings. They were so heavy they would just fall off her ears...no good.

Only four months and one of them is already sounding super low

I was not impressed with the sound quality, as they let in too much outside noise when walking around. Gave them to my daughter and she loves them.

I got mine to replace my Bose SoundSport Free. Bose SoundSport Free wouldn't connect to laptops without constantly dropping and/or only right ear piece wound connect for a while before dropping. Bose corporate stated "Bose are made for people on the go and connect to portable devises seamlessly". Apparently that didn't include laptops since their stationary. What a joke. Beats Pro wireless came out and glade they did. No discomfort when wearing and I have wore them for 4.5 hrs straight at work and 3.5 doing yard work. I wear glasses and they didn't interfere with mine since they are over the ear. Feel MUCH lighter than the Bose SoundSport Free. Like the case as it is pretty small and light weight as well. Love that controls are the same on either ear piece so they work together but are independent as well.

Started with beats solos to these but unfortunately they were not to my liking. Easy to pair, only thing I didn’t really enjoy was the sound quality. They were okay for my ears.

It hurts the ears after 5 minutes...............................

I bought the item less than a month ago and it just completely stopped working. Now I can’t even return or exchange it because of the stupid 14 days exchange policy.

They do not charge!! One said 100% and the other 1% when I used the 100% it immediately died

One of them stopped working after 60 days - even after resetting them, charging them, etc. Very annoying for such an expensive product.

I bought it for a gift for father day mot even 3 months in and one headphone stopped working

I love my beats that go over the head but these that go around the ear doesn’t have good sound quality at all. I’m very disappointed!

Terrible sound quality for the price! ZERO bass! the only positive is they do not fall out of your ears while running.
