Love Best Buy app. It’s very convenient.it is my son bday and didn’t have time to get him anything. With the app I was able to ask my daughter on her way to the celebration if she could just pick up the headphones. My son was very happy and so was I.

Good audio, good battery life when you can get them to charge. I've had these for about 14 months, and now they're coming apart. Will no longer charge because the casing around the ear retention is coming off the body. Difficult UI, really takes some work to get BOTH earbuds to connect

Bought these as a girly for my husband he loves them. The only issue is making sure both charge the box isn’t ideal for charging

VERY GOOD EAR BUDS. THEY FIT IN EAR EASILY AND WON'T FALL OUT TOO EASILY.

I have purchased different brands of beats before but wanted a bud that would not fall out easily as I cleaned or ran. I love these. I do have to manuever my ear piercings (conch and tragus) a little for a comfortable fit, but that is not the buds fault.) Love these.

I bought these to run in and they are great. They don’t fall out and have good control buttons for when I don’t want to use my phone to control my music.

Love the headphones. They work really great when I workout. Very secure around my ears. Love how it has a mic feature on both ear piece. The only down side about it is I got a defective charger. I am unable to plug it in the adapter or USB port to charge.
