6 months after purchase, the headphones wont connect. I finally did a update and now only one connects to my phone (galaxy note 9) Thought maybe it was my phone so I connected it to my iPhone X... still not working. I did a full reset with apple support on the phone... still did not work. You cant just walk up to the apple store and see about getting them replaced or fixed. You have to set up an appointment, if you they have "availability" me personally I dont have time to accommodate their schedule due to my job.... I'm so annoyed with this product. We pay way too much money to just have this product crap out over a 6 month period ... I'm still waiting to fix the issue.

I only gave these a rating of 4 stars because I owned a previous pair and my right one quit working unexpectedly on me. Otherwise, I would’ve given them 5 stars. I mainly wear these for working up. So they do stand against sweat and the sauna. Great for ínstense or plyometric workouts because they stay out when jumping about. I can still make it answer a call from these.

Super clear sound! Comfortable fit! Perfect for pre-workout routine!

I have had my Powerbeats Pro for about 3 months now. When I first got them they worked amazing would connect right away and charge perfectly all the time. As time has gone on this is not the case anymore. It usually takes me about 10 minutes of unpair and forgetting the device and plugging them into the computer just to get them to connect to my Iphone X. Even when both headphones are fully seated in their case one of the headphones will always be dead making me wait so that it will charge up enough to use, if it lets me connect to them. I would not have spent the money that they want for these if I knew ahead of time how junky and pushed ahead of their time that these obviously are. Maybe in another year or two these will be perfected and worth the money, but right now I would buy something else.

Sound like quality is good, charge last a while when using. But they will constantly try to connect to a device while in their case and drain the battery in a day or two, without using. Sometimes one side won’t connect to a device.

Had to return these. They kept cutting off or disconnecting, wether I was prepping food in the kitchen or outside riding mow the grass, they would not stay on. Very disappointed in this product, especially something they charge so much for. Ill go back to my $30 witeless headphones from Wal-Mart.
