I had the exact same pair and one ear would not charge, i would put it back in the case for a couple seconds and then it would finally work right. Finally the one ear would not work and I had to get this pair. Now this pair is doing the same thing. I will be sending these back.

If you have an iPhone you will love these as they integrate with your phone seamlessly. They sounded great but I had to return them as they eventually started to really hurt my ears and I couldn't take it anymore.
