Great price, easy to order, it was ready when promised, so easy to pick up the customer service was absolutely the best

No matter what I did I couldn’t get them comfortable they made my ears sore

Beats think they are something special. Price for this product is crazy high. Returned and got something just as good for half the price

Very satisfied with item, sound its good, color i really like it

Beats is just not what they used to be.. They are not worth the $250 they are asking for. Bose has better quality for $50 less

Nice sounding headphones, love the new cordless features. Definitely an upgrade, but a bit of a learning curve and I'm not sure if I have to keep them plugged in all the time. I went to use them and one was dead and I know for sure they were charged when they were put in the case. I think if you don't have them on the charger completely, they deplete. I will update my review as I go.

I love how loud my music is and great for the gym.

Pretty good all around headphones, i use them more then any other headphones.

Great sound, stays well on the ears, smooth connection to iPhone.

Nothing beats beats. Great quality, comfortable and easy to use.

I love the sound and comfort and the ability to be hands free.

These Powerbeats pro are the best I’ve been a AirPods person for a year and all the AirPods I ever had they get stolen are i lost them I even had the AirPods Pro they had great sound but they made my head feel like there was air or water stuck in my ear these great noise Great controls these are the best wireless earphones for me out of everything I tried

These Beats are very comfortable; stay on the ear; and have good sound

This is my second pair of Beats. I had the exact same pair and one ear would not charge, i would put it back in the case for a couple seconds and then it would finally work right. Finally the one ear would not work and I had to get this pair. Now this pair is doing the same thing. I will be sending these back.

Terrific packaging. I was scared thinking a tiny box was going to be delivered that could easily been stolen. Best Buy is incredible! Not only was my package securely wrapped the box was large enough not to draw any unnecessary attention. The headphones work exceptionally well! I have used them working out and they stay securely in place without slipping.

These things are cute and "beat" any others... Highly recommend!

Great sound quality and works great when at the gym!
