Great fit, poor sound

Other wireless earphones tend to fall out. These fit great. The sound quality, however was very poor. No base, very bright sounding. And no ability to adjust the sound quality. I ultimately returned them. The fit and comfort are terrific. And the controls integrate with the iPhone extremely well. But sound quality is not as good as the EarPods that came with the iPhone.

I have 3 sets of over the ear beats (the best sounding I've ever owned) a set of on the ear beats and a couple Beat ear buds. I bought a set of Powerbeat pros in Aug of 2019. I think they worked once. I just threw them in my gym back and forgot about them. Tried to use them the other day and the left one won't work. Tried everything, won't work wont charge nothing. Brought them to Best Buy and they are sending it back. While I was there I bought a brand new set of PowerBeat Pro's. Got them home....same thing, left one won't work. Got the app, updated the firm ware etc. At one point they showed both right and left to be 100% charged but the left would NOT play music. THEN, the left started working and the right won't play. I have a Samsung Ultra Note 20 but I also tried them on my ipad, same thing. Junk, they are going back today and hopefully I'll be able to stop my original one from being sent out for repair, get my $100 back for that then take them and throw them in the landfill where they belong.

They work wonderfully. Only problem is sometimes the L will connect and the R won't, but it's an easy fix! Just put them both back into the case and close it then open the case back up and problem solved!! Had them for 5 months and still working great.
