He Can't wait to use them. He says these are the best one's out there. And red is his favorite color. Got them on line through best buy. Was easy and fast getting them. They kept us informed as to where they were and when we were to get them. Even email me that they were put at my door.

Not a lot of bass

They served their purpose, but I was definitely expecting better sound quality from the Beats brand. There's not a lot of depth/bass with these earbuds. Other than that, they've served me well.

Will not pair with iPhone; not user error

The first set, I could only get the right ear bud to pair with my iPhone 13. I went through every support document I could find, and performed all of the suggested fixes, to no avail. I exchanged them for another set. This time only the right ear bud would pair. I exchanged the second set for another set. This time neither of them would pair. I took them to the Apple Store to confirm it wasn't user error. The folks at the Genius Bar couldn't get a different result. So, I gave up on Beats.
