Sound quality is a little disappointing with the cost considered. The case is slippery and easy to drop. Like many electronic devices the cold has a negative impact on battery life. I would consider a cheaper option if I had to by again or purchase the previous generation of these ear buds.

After I figured out how to properly seat them in my ears, these earphones have been amazing! The sound is awesome. They even read my text messages and give me the chance to respond! I don't like the massive case but I won't reduce the number of stars for the product for this thing.

They aren’t very loud and after a short period of time they become uncomfortable to wear the bud hurts the inside of my ears really bad other than that they connect fine sound is clear and the battery lasts for days

These are great for music and so convenient to have when you going for a walk and you don't have to worry about a wire.

incredible headphones the truth is the second pair that I buy, the first ones were great and when my wife saw that they were of excellent quality she wanted one and I bought the second pair they are really very good

Within a month this started having connectivity issue. I have two Macs and I had to always hard reset in order to switch between one Mac to another. Apart from this, the right ear phone does not sit well in the charging case. A little movement of the case would stop charging. As a result most of the time when I want to use my earphones, I find the right earphone completely discharged. Sent it to Beats customer support but they sent it back saying they did not find any issue. Basically I paid $200 for a moth of usage. I don't even use it anymore because it is super annoying and Beats is not ready to fix or replace it. I had assumed their customer support will be like Apple but apparently that is not true. I understand it is possible to have few malfunctioning electronic devices but at least accept the mistake and fix it for the customer. Not buying Beats products anymore!

Would not recommend, great sound and battery but caused a chemical burn that led to an ear infection. Tried to explain the situation to return Dept manager at Best Buy where they were bought but they would not work with me because past the return period. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This is my second pair and these are the best headphones ever for working out.

I really enjoy the Beats by Dr. Dre - the only issue it has is on Its Bluetooth distance range. Other than it is perfect
