Great sound, horrible quality

I had to wait almost a month for it to ship. When I finally received it, the sound quality was great... but less than ONE MONTH after purchasing these VERY EXPENSIVE earbuds, the left earbud stopped functioning on phone calls. Any time you tried to make a call or listen to voice mail, all you would get is a high pitched electronic hum... no voices whatsoever. Upon calling Best Buy, I was told because they were more than 15 DAYS OLD, they were not eligible for return/replacement. Horrible quality for the price. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM FROM BEST BUY.

The charging box was hard to get the buds set in to charge. On a positive they stayed on and in my ears. Took back and they replaced with pro 2’s for a 100$ more

These are so great !! I ABSOLUTELY loved them !! They’re so easy to use , very feather like it doesn’t feel like your wearing them . Great for the gym , running and lifting !
