Customer Ratings & Reviews

Perfect for running. They stay on during vigorous exercises and the sound quality is amazing.

Finally earphones that don’t fall out, and sound pretty good. With good battery life.

This is my fourth set!! These are the best...better than Airpod Pros...my daughter has both...she uses her Airpods only when sitting studying or while stationary. For all active listening, walking the dog, running, shopping, etc, and even studying and other activity she uses the Powerbeats Pro. Secure. High quality sound whether its listening to music or talking on the phone. Awesome headphones! They do hook up to my Microsoft Surface Laptop effortlessly and are remembered,

The sound quality is excellent. What’s more important they stay in place. Another bonus is that the battery life can last up to 10 hours.

Having owned the powerbeats2 with its sometimes sticky and annoying strap and mediocre sound I was skeptical in buying these, but the total wireless aspect w/over ear strap was appealing. I must say I am impressed! The sound is full, the buds sit quite secure, and the new tech such as touch play/pause is really cool. These are by far worth the cost for any active user and if you find them on sale consider it a score! Nice Job Beats

Best Buy,is certainly my best purchase ever. I continue to purchase more items at,yes your Best Buy local, Daytona Beach store. I bought my wife a new computer, several years ago,I liked hers so much, last year I bought myself one,and hers continues to shine,I mean it continues to function as new as the day I bought it for her. She said thanks to best buy,a happy wife a happy life. I bought a pair of Bose headphones phones, which I wear every day while walking on the beach, the second best investment,I purchased from best buy. I love the sound of the music, just terrific and it encourages me to walk every day, farther and longer with excellent sound, and no interference. I also bought a terrific printer,I use in my business office,a life saver, especially when I have a customer who wants a hard copy,of an important letter or a personal check,it certainly have helped me to grow my business with additional assistance. I have much more to say how happy I am with best buy and I am grateful for the geek squad, especially if I need help setting up a new purchase, they are only minutes away from a business emergency. Thank you,Best Buy Dennis Seeley Daytona Beach fl

They work as expected! Great for running, they stay put and feel secure. They’re not noise cancelling but the quality of the sound is great. Definitely worthy of a purchase.

I have owned almost all the over ear earbuds from beats and these are by far the most comfortable. The sound is the best out of all the previous editions as well. You can also only use one ear piece at a time and it will still work with the volume being on both sides. The charging case is wicked cool and makes this just an amazing purchase. I waited for the Ivory all Summer. They are very clean looking, however being white, they will be a lot more noticeable than the black I think. Love em. Worth the price this time.

I brought these when they 1st came out but then I began to have some sort of allergic reaction in my ear that resulted in puss, scaly skin in my ear with itchiness. I searched for alternatives but at the time was fed up & gave them to my teenage son. I then purchased the airpods which are fine with the exception of the battery tends to not last very good after a while. Also there aren't any ways to turn up the volume or skip ahead or back without using my phone to do so. So I figured I'd try the powerbeats once again. They are the best for me. I even tried the Bose Sport Open Earbuds which I didn't like much before I tried the Powerbeats again & these are the best for me. But I did begin to feel that itchiness in my ear & my ear did begin to be peeling again. I searched online & it looks like this is common with this product. Some people even said they reached out to Apple about it but they don't want to recognize this issue. This is ashame with all the devout customers Apple has you would think they would look into alternatives. However, I found a great alternative online which directed me to Amazon to buy foam ear cushions to replace the original cushions that come with the Powerbeats that was suggested by another customer which were (Comply Sport Pro Sx-100 Memory Foam Earphone Tips) that work perfectly & I no longer have any irritation in my ear or any of the other problems. I hope Apple takes care of this on there own & include alternative tips with their product for those who experience this problem as well. Although the alternative works well you will notice that the sound quality is a bit different, meaning lower. So this is why Apple needs to have their own included where you won't lose the sound quality. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars over 5. If they were to address this issue I would give 5 stars, no doubt. Best earbuds ever!

These honestly are the best headphones I personally have ever had. I love how they don’t move in my ear I don’t have to adjust them at all. The downside is I’d you have them in for multiple hours your ear does hurt a little. The sound quality is outstanding from different types of music there is no difference in output. I’d definitely recommend them as a gift or for someone who needs a great sounding headphones while working out, an there perfect for using while answering phone calls.

Sound and connect quality is amazing. Battery last long. No issues to speak of.

I use these for the gym and also on my job. Cancels out all the loud noise around me. Doesn’t slip out my ear either like the other earphones

These were okay, the sound quality was amazing! I did also like the fact they did not just fall off my ear when moving around like my AirPod Pros do sometimes. However, I did return them for AirPod pros. I think I just like some of the features of the pros more and how compact they are. I do still think the beats were great headphones, just not meant for me.

Stay snug in my ears. Comfortable fit. Super clean sound.

sound is great and blocks out other noises and battery life last long and feel very comfortable

I have literally used these every day since I purchases them. I use them at the gym and put one in when driving for phone calls. The sound quality is great and the microphones catch everything when speaking on the phone. My 92 yr old grandma has actually stopped saying “what?!” when I speak to her on the phone. Charging is easy and I never run out of power with the wireless charging case. All controls are on both earphones and the sensor that recognizes when they are in and automatically connects is a nice feature.

Great buds for an active life style. These Buda work perfectly when working on my car, light lawn work, and running. The hook style of the bud is great for almost any activity. Hard to knock out of place. Sound is good and connectivity is great even when phone is on another floor. Battery is still very good after heavy usage.

They are very Comfortable, they have great sound, love that the case charges them!

Good sound with a decent amount of battery life. I especially like the way it attaches to your ear. The case is little bulky.

I love these headphones so much. No ear pain, fits perfectly and has great noise cancelling feature.
