Had zero movement during my sprint workout today. Ten seconds or less to sync to my phone and watch (Apple).

Constant Ear Pain

However the ear-hooks and inner ear plastic piece caused pain fairly quickly. Your ears will not adjust; the longer you wear them, the more pain they will cause.

They don’t fall out or hurt wearing them for long periods of time. They were worth the money.
