Doesnt charge?!?

Do Not Buy - Issues start after a few weeks

But as time has went one, yes just under two months, they have issues connecting (hours of time lost to troubleshooting), weird buzzing in the right headphone, and they now just do not work at all (they will connect on bluetooth, then no audio as a track plays for a few seconds, and then just disconnect. I have tried resetting them. I have updated all of devices (Macbook Pro and Iphone SE 2020). These are simply not worth the money. How can they already be having all of these issues, after less than two months? They have no contact with water, or any other type of harm. Lastly, I have AppleCare+, but there are no clear instructions in my emails from Best Buy or even on the Apple site, for me to actually receive that care I paid for. I will now have to spend more time in my day on something that should be very clear. I regret purchasing these, and wish I could return them. But they of course start having issues when they can no longer be returned to Best Buy.

Great sound but ouch!
